$24.99 per child. A personal video message of about 80 seconds, made with AI from the details you give. It is not a live call. Most videos arrive within 1 to 2 days; order by December 18 to be safe. If you are not happy with it, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund it.
$59 per child plus the gift budget you choose, charged together when you order. We search toy stores for gifts that match the wishes, are in stock, suit your child's age and fit the budget, including shipping and tax. We email the picks; you have 24 hours to veto any of them, after which each remaining gift is bought for delivery to the address you gave. If a gift sells out or would cost more than its share of the budget, we may choose a similar gift inside the same rules and tell you. We never spend more than your budget. Whatever is not spent is refunded to your card automatically once the gifts are bought.
Gifts are sold and shipped by the stores they come from; their delivery dates are estimates and their return policies apply. Tracking emails come from the store or our checkout partner to your email. If a gift does not arrive, email us and we will help.
You confirm you have the right to share the photo and details you give us. Videos are for your family's personal use.
